Approach to Treatment.

During consultations at our clinic, we take the time to listen carefully.
Before beginning the treatment, we conduct a comprehensive examination and ensure that you understand your own condition. We then carefully listen to your requests and preferences. Based on this, we work together to find the method that best suits your needs, and only after you are fully satisfied do we begin treatment.
When it comes to treatment, regardless of the method chosen, if you follow through, it will eventually be completed, and you will certainly see results.
However, to completely prevent issues in the future—10, 20 years, or even further down the line—what is far more important than the treatment itself is the ongoing maintenance and management that follows. This approach is many times more crucial than any single treatment method.
For this reason, we believe that it is essential to genuinely connect with each patient and build a strong, understanding relationship.

From the Treatment to Prevention.

Careful treatment with a focus on oral health 10, 20 years, and beyond.
What we aim to achieve in the new era is a shift in patient mindset from ‘seeking treatment only after a problem arises’ to ‘preventing illness and taking measures to avoid deterioration.’ Our goal is to help patients maintain a healthy oral environment for the future.
To achieve this, even if you visit us with a minor concern, we always start with a comprehensive examination to understand your overall condition. If treatment is necessary, we proceed with it in consultation with you, and ensure that the required treatment is completed first.
If no issues are found, we will then work with you to develop a personalized prevention plan that suits your needs, helping you to promote your health throughout your life.
We view treatment and prevention as part of a continuous process, and by providing our expert knowledge and skills, we aim to support a rich and healthy lifestyle as your dedicated partner.
Flow of Treatment.

We believe that building trust is the most important aspect.
1. We allocate extra time for your first visit (usually about one hour) to thoroughly discuss your symptoms and concerns and to conduct a detailed examination.
We carefully investigate any potential causes of future problems and work together with you to develop a personalized treatment plan.
Our clinic operates on a strict appointment-only basis, ensuring that every step of your treatment is carried out meticulously, with no shortcuts.
If you are looking for a quick, one-time fix, we strongly recommend considering a different dental clinic.

Support with Preventive Dentistry and Maintenance.

We work together to find preventive methods tailored to each individual patient.
Preventive dentistry involves regular professional care and diligent self-care at home (or by a guardian) to prevent potential oral health issues before they arise. This approach helps to prevent problems throughout your life and maintain a healthy and functional oral environment.
Now that you are learning about ‘Preventive Dentistry,’ it is important to understand that it is a specialized concept focused on preventing dental diseases for people of all ages. While individual factors such as your dental alignment and previous dental treatments may differ, preventive measures can be tailored to each person. Additionally, there are broader considerations that apply to common issues that may arise at different stages of life. By thoroughly understanding these aspects and managing them through regular maintenance, you can achieve 100% prevention of oral problems.
Regular maintenance covered by insurance is sufficient, but we also offer more advanced options.

About Our Clinic’s Services and Medical Advertising Regulations.

Effective June 1, 2018, regulations on medical advertisements have changed. Previously, medical websites were considered as ‘public relations,’ but now they are regulated as ‘advertisements,’ and the following types of advertisements are prohibited.
Moreover, medical practices cannot be conducted in the same manner as selling products. It is often very difficult to meet only the demands of patients. Therefore, in our clinic, we focus on understanding the patient as a whole and, based on this understanding, we consult with the patient to develop a treatment plan that addresses their overall needs. During this process, we will thoroughly explain the ‘treatment options available to you and the differences in techniques,’ ‘the costs involved,’ ‘the time required for treatment,’ and the specific details of each treatment method, along with actual case examples. We will ensure that everything is clearly explained until you are fully satisfied, so please feel at ease.

Prescriptions for Long-Term Listed Drugs
From October 2024, for drugs with available generic alternatives, patients requesting brand-name drugs will be charged a special fee.
[Special Fee]
This fee is equivalent to one-quarter of the price difference between the brand-name drug and the generic drug.
Example: If the brand-name drug costs 100 yen per tablet and the generic drug costs 60 yen, the difference is 40 yen, and one-quarter of this (10 yen) will be charged in addition to your usual 10–30% co-payment.
This special fee is subject to consumption tax.
Due to rounding, the fee may not be exactly one-quarter of the price difference.
If multiple generics exist, the price difference will be calculated using the highest-priced generic drug.
