【Addition for Statement Issuance System, etc.】
　In accordance with the Medical Care Fee Regulations, our clinic provides itemized statements free of charge.
　For patients with out-of-pocket expenses, we issue both a medical fee statement and a receipt.
　If you do not wish to receive the statement, please inform us at the time of payment.

【Medical Information Acquisition Addition】
　We are equipped to perform online eligibility verification using the My Number Card.
　To provide high-quality care, we use the My Number Card to verify insurance eligibility and to obtain medication history, specific health checkup information, and other
necessary medical information, which we utilize in our treatment.

【Medical DX Promotion System Development Addition】
　We post in-clinic notices indicating that we have established a system to promote medical DX and to provide high-quality care, and we conduct electronic eligibility verification.
　We obtain and utilize necessary medical information in our treatments.

【Dental Outpatient Medical Safety Measures Addition】
　Our clinic implements the following measures for medical safety management in dental care:
　A full-time dentist trained in emergency response and medical accident prevention is on staff.
　We have established medical safety management guidelines, pharmaceutical work procedures, and other relevant policies.
　To provide a safe and secure dental treatment environment, we have installed an AED, pulse oximeter, oxygen supply, blood pressure monitor, emergency resuscitation kit, and dental suction equipment.
　We coordinate with affiliated medical institutions to ensure readiness for emergencies.

【Dental Outpatient Infection Control Addition】
　To prevent infections in dental outpatient care, we maintain adequate systems and equipment and take the following measures:
　Dentists and staff trained in infection prevention are on duty.
　We conduct staff training on infection prevention.
　Dental instruments used in the oral cavity are replaced for each patient or thoroughly cleaned and sterilized with dedicated equipment.
　Dental suction equipment is used to capture fine particles dispersed during tooth cutting near the dental unit.

【Standards Set by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare for Combined Medical Care Expenses Not Covered by Insurance】
　Prescriptions for Long-Term Listed Drugs
　From October 2024, for drugs with available generic alternatives, patients requesting brand-name drugs will be charged a special fee.

　[Special Fee]
　This fee is equivalent to one-quarter of the price difference between the brand-name drug and the generic drug.
Example: If the brand-name drug costs 100 yen per tablet and the generic drug costs 60 yen, the difference is 40 yen, and one-quarter of this (10 yen) will be charged in 　addition to your usual 10–30% co-payment.
　This special fee is subject to consumption tax.
　Due to rounding, the fee may not be exactly one-quarter of the price difference.
　If multiple generics exist, the price difference will be calculated using the highest-priced generic drug.
　Other fees (medical examination and dispensing fees) remain unchanged.

　Use of gold alloy or gold-platinum alloy for anterior crown restorations
　Provision of complete dentures with metal bases
　Guidance and management for patients with dental caries

【Generic Drug Use System Addition】
　We actively promote the use of generic drugs for both inpatients and outpatients.
　We maintain a system that allows for appropriate changes in prescriptions if drug supply shortages occur.
　If changes in medication are necessary due to supply conditions, we will fully explain the situation to patients.

【Dental Laboratory Addition １ & ２】
　We maintain a system that enables prompt repair and relining of dentures upon patient request.
